Are you suffering pain and tenderness around your elbow joint? Tennis elbow is an injury caused by repetitive overuse or wear and tear from an activity or sport but can it be treated? How can an osteopath help with tennis elbow?

You may assume that only tennis players suffer from tennis elbow. However, the fact is that anyone can experience the symptoms. If you have a pre-existing issue with your neck, shoulder or wrist, you are much more likely to end up with tennis elbow.

In some circumstances the symptoms will go away on their own but the likelihood is that once the pain starts, even your everyday habits and activities can exacerbate the injury.

This is why it is a good idea to seek treatment with an osteopath.
